Bonus Terms and Conditions

  1. Concerning Bonus Conditions 
  2. Bonus credits are considered virtual currency and are not available for withdrawal. 
  3. Termination of Bonuses: Users can manually void an active bonus using the "Cancel" feature, or the Operator may perform a cancellation at its own discretion if deemed necessary; regardless of the method, cancellation triggers the instant and complete loss of the original bonus amount and all linked winnings. 
  4. Shop Bonuses (Acquisition & Expiration): Bonuses bought with loyalty points are restricted to one (1) unit of the same type every 60 minutes and have a strict one-hour validity window from the time of credit, after which any uncompleted bonus and its progress are lost. 
  5. All rollover obligations apply solely to the bonus wallet. 
  6. Only wagers made using bonus credits will help fulfill the bonus rollover requirements. Wagers placed with real cash or other currencies will not count toward these goals. 
  7. The Real Balance is prioritized for wagering before any Bonus Balance is touched. All stakes are taken from the player’s Real Balance first. The Bonus Balance is utilized only after the Real Balance is at zero, unless specified otherwise in the promo rules. 
  8. Every bonus will expire seven (7) days after being added to the user's account, unless a different duration is noted in the specific terms of that promotion. 
  9. Bonus offers and promotions are restricted to 1 user per IP address / Email address / household address / Credit Card number or shared network environments like workplaces or universities. The site reserves the right to void all winnings gained in violation of this policy. 
  10. Any user with a pending withdrawal request is ineligible to claim bonuses. All active bonuses are instantly voided once a withdrawal request is submitted. 
  11. If the bonus requirements are not completed in full, withdrawals will be limited to the amount of the player’s initial deposit. By cancelling the bonus before all requirements have been met, the player may withdraw an amount equivalent to their initial deposit only. Any winnings generated from the bonus will be forfeited.
  12. The use of any real money bonuses will be reviewed against the house terms to maintain fair play and appropriate usage, covering areas such as irregular betting patterns.
  13. Cash-based bonuses cannot be withdrawn immediately; they must be wagered at least once before a payout can be requested.
  14. The Cashback is calculated based on the player’s net activity during the specified period. Net activity is determined by subtracting the total withdrawals and total bonuses received from the total deposits made during that period.
  15. Net Activity = Total Deposits − Total Withdrawals − Total Bonuses Received
  16. The total winnings that can be added to your Betplays Account from a single bonus is calculated by multiplying the received bonus by 20, unless the specific promo rules state otherwise. 
  17. Bonuses granted on 1st lifetime deposits have a conversion cap of x8 from Bonus to Real funds.  
  18. Any surplus funds will be cleared upon the approval of a withdrawal. 
  19. Except where noted, the minimum deposit needed to trigger any deposit bonus is €20 or the equivalent in other currencies. 
  20. Each deposit can be used to claim only one (1) deposit bonus. A single deposit cannot count towards the eligibility or claim of more than one deposit bonus.
  21. Unless stated otherwise, all casino-related bonuses carry a x60 wagering requirement. 
  22. Unless stated otherwise, all sports-related bonuses carry a x24 wagering requirement. 
  23. Unless stated otherwise, all free spins carry a x60 wagering requirement.  
  24. Unless stated otherwise, non-deposit bonuses have a x99 wagering requirement for casino and x48 for sports. 
  25. We maintain the right to prevent specific accounts from accessing advertised deals at our discretion. 
  26. Transferring Bonus Funds to Real Balance 
  27. Converting Bonus money into Real Money occurs only after the player finishes the specific wagering targets attached to the issued bonus.  
  28. Individual wagering targets are cleared once the player’s bonus balance hits 0. 
  29. If the rollover is not finished once the balance is played through, the bonus is canceled automatically. 
  30. Once requirements are met, Bonus funds move automatically to the Real Money Balance, respecting the maximum transfer limits. 
  31. Transfer Caps: After meeting wagering rules, the shift of bonus funds to real cash is limited to 20 times (20x) the initial bonus - unless the specific promo says otherwise - with any excess winnings being voided at the time of the transfer. 
  32. Deals and bonuses are perks for our players - we have zero tolerance for bonus manipulation or fraud. We reserve the right to ban bonuses for any user suspected of exploitation. If fraud is detected, bonuses and winnings will be pulled without notice.
  33. The Casino reserves the right to deny any withdrawal and remove all bonuses or winnings in instances of dishonest play. 
  34. If we believe you have placed bets (alone or with others) that result in a guaranteed profit regardless of the outcome, we may seize the bonus and block your account from future offers. 
  35. You can withdraw your Real Balance at any time, except when we must hold funds for legal reasons or if there is evidence of fraudulent activity. 
  36. Rules for Promotions 
  37. If Betplays chooses to stop a promotion, this action will not affect any valid bets placed while the offer was active.  
  38. Betplays reserves the right to bar certain users from promotional eligibility or limit a user's stakes and markets at its discretion. 
  39. Unless noted, our offers require manual activation to participate. 
  40. Unless noted, users must click "Activate" on the specific promo page; it is the user's duty to confirm activation before playing, as any progress before this step will not count.  
  41. Wager Contributions

  43. Sports Free Bets 
  44. If the wager exceeds the free bet value, the entire amount will be taken from the Real Balance. 
  45. Winnings from free bets go to the Real Balance with no rollover needed unless specified. 
  46. The free bet stake itself is not returned with winnings. 
  47. When winning with a free bet, only the profit portion of the wager is paid out to the user.  
  48. Free Spins 
  49. The platform provides two (2) types of Free Spin rewards: 
  50. Free Spins – Where winnings are tied to a wagering requirement as defined in the promo terms. 
  51. Cash Spins – Where winnings have no rollover and go straight to the Real Money Balance. 
  52. Free Spins are available on selected games.  
  53. Users select which eligible game to use the spins on during activation.  
  54. After selecting, the spins are tied to that game and cannot be used elsewhere. 
  55. Maximum Slot Bet: The maximum stake permitted when wagering a bonus on slots is €5 per spin (or currency equivalent). Placing bets above this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
  56. This locking applies to each bonus individually, based on the player's choice for that specific offer. 
  57. Unless otherwise stated, all slots contribute 100% to the wagering requirements.

  59. No Deposit Bonus

  61. No Deposit Offers are limited to once per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g., debit or credit card, etc.), shared electronic device (e.g., school, public library, workplace, mobile phone), and shared IP.
  62. Where we have reason to believe that you have placed a wager or series of wagers (either yourself or in conjunction with other customers) that results in a guaranteed profit from the bonus (irrespective of the outcome), we may reclaim the bonus and suspend your Account for future bonuses.
  63. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with, or to contribute to the eligibility for any other promotion.
  64. The maximum amount that can be won from the No Deposit Bonus is limited to $/€/C$ 100. Any winnings above this amount will be forfeited.
  65. The No Deposit Bonus credited to the customer’s account must be used within seven (7) calendar days; otherwise, it shall expire and be forfeited.
  66. No Deposit Offers follows a "play now, deposit later" approach. You can claim a No Deposit Bonus without an initial deposit. If you win and wish to keep the winnings, you must subsequently deposit an amount equivalent to your winnings. To withdraw the winnings, you're required to wager the deposit amount five (5x) times.
  67. The value of the No Deposit Free Spins and/or Free Bet shall not be stake-returned.
